The Croix Valley Pit Crew Challenge for July was Pineapple Habanero BBQ and Wing Sauce. One rule: no wings!
Each month we pick a Croix Valley sauce or rub for the Pit Crew to have some fun with. Everyone in the Croix Valley Pit Crew is a professional steak and BBQ competitor, so they know their way around a grill. We had good looking meals rolling in all month, and we'll definitely be making a few of these ourselves.

Even though we designed the Croix Valley product line to be full of flavor and versatility, we're constantly surprised at the meals our fans post online. Our Parmesan Garlic Wing and BBQ Booster is great on chicken, but also amazing on popcorn and grilled corn-on-the-cob. Earlier this week we saw a photo of our Spicy BBQ Booster being added to salsa (fantastic idea).
