Ive tried a lot of rubs and was given a container of this from a vendor of mine as a gift. When it was gone i went back to vendor to ask where he got it. Ive been buying it ever since.

While there are a few rubs on the market for beef without sugar, they're generally not preferred by Pitmasters because the sugar is what creates a delicious bark on a 'low and slow' cook. We're not focused on sugar-free rubs at the moment, but our Southwest Booster does not have sugar in it, and is fantastic on a wide variety of meats.
