This is an excellent spicy rub. We tried it on chicken, pork and fake burgers. The rub really made those fake burgers taste awesome. It's a tad sweet but the spiciness makes up for it.
Add this to you buttermilk bath and your flour dredge to make your fried chicken the best ever!
I had the crackers with this spice on them at the Little Falls craft show. The woman told me how to make them. I make them all the time for my family. Otherwise I use this spice in my chili. But mostly the crackers for the best snack ever.
