Crockpot Root Beer Pulled Pork
This recipe comes from Croix Valley Pit Crew member Mike Schillings, AKA, SMOKIN_HIGHWAYMEN_BBQ.
Season pork tenderloins with your favorite Croix Valley rub (I used Kansas City BBQ Dry Rub).
Add 12oz of your favorite root beer (Killebrew Root Beer is great).
Cook in the crockpot on low for 8-10 hours.
Drain root beer.
Add a bottle of your favorite Croix Valley BBQ Sauce (Sweet n’ Smokey Competition BBQ Sauce).
