CrockPot Root Beer Pulled Pork
This is one of the easiest meals to make and it's delicious.
Directions:
- Season pork tenderloins with your favorite Croix Valley rub (I used Kansas City BBQ Dry Rub).
- Add 12oz of your favorite root beer (Killebrew Root Beer is great).
- Cook in the crockpot on low for 8-10 hours.
- Drain root beer.
- Shred pork.
- Add a bottle of your favorite Croix Valley BBQ Sauce (Sweet n’ Smokey Competition BBQ Sauce).
- Enjoy!
