    Ingredients

    • Pork tenderloin
    • 12oz root beer
    • Kansas City BBQ Dry Rub
    • Sweet n’ Smokey Competition BBQ Sauce

    Directions

    1. Season pork tenderloins with your favorite Croix Valley rub (I used Kansas City BBQ Dry Rub).
    2. Add 12oz of your favorite root beer (Killebrew Root Beer is great).
    3. Cook in the crockpot on low for 8-10 hours.
    4. Drain root beer.
    5. Shred pork.
    6. Add a bottle of your favorite Croix Valley BBQ Sauce (Sweet n’ Smokey Competition BBQ Sauce).
    7. Enjoy!
