Ingredients
- 10 oz chopped frozen Spinach, thawed, drained
- 8 oz canned Artichoke Hearts, drained and diced
- 24 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan and Romano Cheeses
- 5 Tbs Croix Valley Garlic Barbecue Booster
- 2-3 cups Classic Spinach Artichoke Dip
- 1 cup, diced, cooked or smoked Chicken
- 1 cup Croix Valley Garlic Buffalo BBQ & Wings Sauce
- 2-3 cups Classic Spinach Artichoke Dip
- 2 Tbsp Croix Valley Greek Barbecue Booster
Directions
- Thaw spinach and express all liquid through a cheesecloth or strainer. Chop finely and add to mixing bowl.
- Drain Artichokes and dice fine. Add to mixing bowl.
- Warm cream cheese in microwave-safe container until softened, add to spinach and artichokes. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Transfer mixture into a foil pan or glass baking dish and place in 300 degree oven or grill and cook until cheeses are melted, bubbly and the top gets a little golden hue. Serve with vegetables, bread, crackers or chips. Bonus, use the mixture to stuff Jalapeno Poppers for a depth of flavor like no other.
