  • Bratwurst
  • Bell Peppers, sliced
  • Yellow Onions, sliced
  • 1 bottle of your favorite beer
  • Croix Valley Honey Dijon Barbecue ‘N Brat Sauce
  • Toasted Bun
  • Bratwurst
  • Toasted Coconut Flakes
  • Grilled Mango Habanero Pineapple Chunks

  • Peanut Butter

Directions

  1. In a foil pan on the grill, add beer, peppers, onions, and bratwurst and grill until veggies become tender and the bratwurst is cooked thoroughly to at least 160 degrees F.
  2. Grill brats directly on the grill for a slight char and toast buns according to instructions in the video. Ass cheeses or seasonings to the bun as you see fit.
  3. Place brat in bun, top with peppers and onions, and drizzle with Honey Dijon Barbecue ‘N Brat Sauce.
  4. Cook Bratwurst according to initial directions.
  5. In a foil pan or cast iron skillet, heat 2 Tbsp canola oil over medium-high heat and add sweetened coconut flakes. Toast coconut until edges become golden brown.
  6. Cust fresh pineapple into slices and place in zippered storage bag with 3-4 Tbsp Croix Valley Mango Habanero Wing & BBQ Booster. Toss to coat thoroughly and allow pineapple to marinate for 30 minutes or longer. Grill over direct heat until slightly charred and pineapple becomes tender, then cut into chunks small enough to top the bratwurst.
  7. Place brat in bun, top with pineapple, coconut and drizzle with Pineapple Habanero BBQ & Wing Sauce.
  8. cook bratwurst according to initial directions.
  9. Spread peanut butter on inside of bun and place in 2 slices of cooked bacon.
  10. Add bratwurst and top with Cran-B-Cue sauce.
  11. Cook bratwurst according to initial directions.
  12. Melt slices of Swiss Cheese on the insides of the bun.
  13. Place bratwurst in bun and top with sauerkraut, diced corned beef and 1000 Island Dressing. Top with Spicy Booster.
  14. Cook bratwurst according to initial directions.
  15. Stir fry vegetables with a light coat of Garlic Ginger Teriyaki Wing & BBQ Booster.
  16. Cut Wonton sheets into strips and deep fry in oil until light golden brown.
  17. Toast bun and spread cream cheese on the inside of the bun.
  18. Place bratwurst in bun and top with stir-fried vegetables, wonton strips, and drizzle with Garlic Ginger Teriyaki BBQ & Wing Sauce.
  19. Cook Bratwurst according to initial directions.
  20. Prepare Bruschetta topping by combining finely diced Roma Tomatoes with finely diced Garlic, a small amount of Olive Oil and Croix Valley Italian Barbecue Booster.
  21. Prepare Basil Pesto from your favorite recipe or purchase pre-made pesto.
  22. Melt Mozzarella cheese on inside of toasted bun.
  23. In a bun, place sliced Pepperoni, and top with Bratwurst, Bruschetta, and Pesto. Finish with a sprinkle of Italian Booster.
