The first time I used this I was blown away. It brought my smoked pulled pork to a whole new level. I recommend this to anyone that likes delicious sauce! Since then I’ve put it on chicken and ribs as well and I honestly can’t get enough of it.
This is awesome sauce. The pepper is what makes it bold and tasty. Matches with hickory smoke for a nice pronounced flavor combo!
Whether on the grill (my favorite way to cook a burger) or in a hot fry pan, this sauce is all you need for the best tasting burger. I don't use any salt (diet concerns), so I just pour on Pitmaster as the burgers cook. This flavor is really unique. It's not like using a sickening sweet barbeque sauce. It's all I use and I love it.
I really love everything I've tried from Croix Valley, but one of my favorites is the Pitmaster's Bold. Lots of complex flavor, a little bit of heat, but it pairs with everything I've used it on - especially love it on chicken legs. Great stuff!
