Full flavor bbq sauce

South Carolina stule and absolutely delicious.

This stuff is absolutely delicious. instead of calling it Carolina BBQ sauce it should be called South Carolina BBQ sauce. that has more of a mustard base than North Carolina BBQ but honestly, mustard is not what I get the most from this one. It's savory and a whole lot of sweet. It actually kind of reminds me of the sweet baby (insert man's name here) but with a little more of a smoky hint. We use that like ketchup around here but this, I think, is definitely better.

Being from a family that does mostly vinegar-based barbecue sauces I actually roasted a pork shoulder last weekend and used this as a dip on the side. My family ended up pouring it all over they liked it so much. if you are watching your sugar content then this probably is not the sauce for you because it is definitely loaded in sugar. It's thick and absolutely lovely.

Authentic, amazing!

Was excited to see the regional sauces come out and picked up the Carolina for chopped pork. This is a truly authentic flavor with a nice mustard tang and a great balance of sweet. The combination of flavor is awesome and not too "mustardy". This is my new favorite for chicken too!! Way to go Croix Valley, you nailed it!
