Cattle Drive BBQ Rub really shined on this Grilled Venison Roast!
While you are correct that it is great for beef, I've found it's also great as a boost to ribs. I will combine it with lemon pepper on a half rack, and another bbq seasoning on the other half rack. And sometimes just use it alone with some seasoning salt. Also good on bone-in pork chops on the grill!
Have only used on steak so far and I really liked it but my wife thought it was a little too sweet for steak. I think on a roast, brisket or short ribs this would be stellar. Plan to use on short ribs this weekend! Thanks
Bought at Art In The Park In Wausau,Wi. Tastes great on burgers and use it a lot on oyster crackers
We LOVE the flavor of this rub. Just yesterday we rubbed our pork loin with Cattle Drive before cooking in the crock pot all day. It was melt-in-your-mouth tender and taste bud delicious! It's not just for red meat.
